Everything about our stay was terrific the staff were exceptional and congratulations to your HR people as all staff were helpful and courteous. Loved the breakfasts as we expected a continental breakfast instead of the wonderful selection that was included in the price of the room.

Quiet location at the end of Palmer street, great pub nearby. Small room , buy modern appliances and great layout. Breakfast was included which involved the restaurant nearby which had great choice of food. Only 20 min walk to Stadium. Ideally close to city for bars and restaurant. Highly recommend and will stay here again.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience in that I cut my foot on the poorly designed shower structure which is sharp and quite honestly dangerous. I am not sure how anyone could design something that badly and a huge potential safety hazard.

The problem with this property is that there are outside lights which stay on ALL NIGHT. In fairness, my husband slept ok. I hardly slept a wink, kept thinking it was morning. I would not have been able to tolerate more than one night. They fit a lot in a small space and the staff were lovely. Bed a bit small and only had a duvet. I normally just sleep with a sheet so that didn’t help with my sleep either. Signage could also have better
