This inn is the best bed & breakfast experience I’ve had in a long time. Mark & June are wonderful hosts and make their guests feel right at home. My only regret is that we’re not staying longer. I highly recommend Die Heimat!!!

Die Heimat is in a quiet, peaceful village. It's located in Homestead, which is just a few minutes from the village of Amana, where many attractions are located. Marc and June are gracious hosts. The breakfasts are exceptional. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable and spacious. I wholeheartedly recommend Die Heimat!

The only thing we would change would be to extend breakfast hours a little later to allow the dining area to better accomodate all guests when it's fully booked, as it was over Father's Day weekend.

What a wonderful, homey, comfortable, friendly place! The Amana colony is a great place to visit, and Die Heimat is the perfect place to stay. June and Marc are fabulous hosts.
