"Very new hotel. Room is very clean. Breakfast area is quite spacious. Most staffs especially those at restaurant and reception in the day are good. However, night shift staff at reception needs to be trained up. Encountered a leak at bathroom at night and waited quite long before I get to change ..."

In the heart of Makassar, Four Points By Sheraton Makassar is within a 5-minute drive of Mall Panakkukang and Mall Ratu Indah.
"Property is very dated and damaged. (Carpets are stained, furniture is ripped, etc.) The ceilings also showed significant water damage and the shower was rusted. It’s very difficult to walk anywhere from the hotel. All that said, the staff were very friendly and helpful."
