Lovely home
We just spent Thanksgiving week here with our extended family. The home was so spacious and cozy, and incredibly clean. It had everything we needed. It dumped snow and was so pretty looking over the lake - I can imagine it's glorious in summer. We had a wonderful time!

This property was in a wonderful location for my group to celebrate my 50th birthday and enjoy some time in the area with wine tours, shopping and sites. Communication with the property owner was excellent, and we truly enjoyed the lovely home and view.

Incredible!
This was our fifth stay at this house, and every time is better than the last! The location is perfection, giving you beautiful sunrises over the bay while still being close enough to Traverse City to enjoy restaurants, breweries, and shopping. We appreciate that the linens and decorations feel like what you would actually purchase for your own home and not for a rental property. The art is stunning and the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen and dining room provide a wonderful place to gather and the living room gives us a chance to watch Football together. We enjoy using all of the fun games downstairs! And everyone seems to sleep really well at this house. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Family Trip
Great house and location, perfect for large families. So many amazing wineries close by. We had everything we needed. We had fun playing games in the basement and sitting on the deck (we got lucky and had warm weather for October). Would definitely come back here for another trip!

Our stay at the above property was much much more than we ever expected!!! The hosts were amazing!!! Very easy to contact, helpful, and even allowed an early check-in for us!!! Love the Lake!
This was a lovely trip! We had never vacationed on a lake or been to Michigan. The weather was quite pleasant, a nice respite from the scorching heat. The views were beautiful. We had so much fun using the kayaks and paddle boards. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We did some hiking and explored Sutton’s Bay, a very nice town. Tristan & Cyndi were great hosts!

Amazing Vacation
This was our second time staying at this incredible property and we enjoyed our week immensely and didn’t want to leave. The views are stunning, the house is spacious and well equipped, and the location is perfect to visit Sutton’s Bay, Traverse City, Tarte Trail and wineries. Communication with Tristan and Cindi were prompt and because they own Ride Leelanau, it was so convenient to get e-bikes delivered to the house. We used their grill, fire pit to roast s’mores, and kayaks and paddle boards. It was a magical week for my entire family and we can’t wait to rent this stunning property again!

The host was great and the home was beautiful clean and has lots of room. Nice back yard with a beautiful view and sandy beach. Has plenty of parking and is steps away from a boat launch. Convenient location to downtown Suttons and Traverse city. Our Family had the best time and can't wait to go back.

We had a multi generational family reunion and this was a house we all could stay in. It was perfect for all the little as well as our preteen kids. The kids loved the lake and the boat. One of my favorite home rentals ever
I invited a dozen friends to experience the magic of northern Michigan for a long birthday weekend, and Cyndi’s home couldn’t have been better as a home base. The backyard waterfront was a great venue for morning paddles and end-of-night bonfires, the family room and basement were great for games, and the kitchen had plenty of space and supplies to cook breakfast. The proximity between the city and Leelaunau wine tour bike rentals in Suttons Bay was ideal as well. I’ll be back!

Wonderful family vacation spot
The house and the lakefront property are truly beautiful, full of every amenity possible and highly conducive to a great family vacation. Everyone from the kids to adults loved the place and there is plenty to do outside and nside when it rained. The lake and scenery are just gorgeous. The owners were very responsive to any needs we had. I highly recommend this spot. I can't think of any negatives.

Weekend Getaway
We absolutely love staying here! This was our third year in a row that we have stayed at this beautiful home on Sutton’s Bay. It has become our annual weekend away in February with close friends. This home as everything you can possibly imagine. The space is perfect for our group as there are many areas throughout the home where we can relax, and simply enjoy each others company. The kitchen is a perfect place to gather as we cook both breakfast and dinner together versus making reservations and going out to eat. We also love everything the basement has to offer… a sauna, pool table, place to play cards, etc.

A few great days away
We were surprised by the size of the home and the way the kitchen was supplied. Both of these were great. There was plenty of room to celebrate Christmas with a family of 10. We were there for a mild few days. Our concern was that the lower level was cold and there were no extra blankets. We were OK because I brought more blankets and there were heaters but it did make it a bit less comfortable for the young family downstairs

Excellent property!
Very pleased overall with our stay - property has a ton to offer in terms of common areas to hang out in, spacious bedrooms throughout the house, plenty of bathrooms. Nicely appointed kitchen. Really nice zero entry / shallow beach area good for kids / kayaking / paddleboarding. Our group was all adults but we talked about staying again sometime with the wives & kids. Highly recommend walking up the hill to Sutton Bay Ciders.
