Nice Resort, just a Couple Issues
Room was really nice, but om day 2, noticed ants coming into the kitchen, even found on bed pillows on day 3. Pool and jacuzzi were very nice, but jacuzzi maintenance issues affected time in jacuzzi on 2 of the 3 nights stayed. Grand Beach hotel is so close to being a perfect stay for us, but maybe in future we request upper floor room?

View over looking the water is incredible. Every staff person was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was super clean and cute. The breakfast service is an added bonus. Great location and close to almost everything. Can't wait to go back!

Pleasant lodging
We stayed 4 days in Traverse City at this property. It was clean and quiet, conveniently located, and a reasonable price. The breakfast offered is boxed, not hot. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities.

This property is overall okay, however leaves something to be desired when in regards to cleaning. Some of the rooms need a serious update, especially the bathroom. Our bathroom ceiling had water damage, mold in the caulk of the bathtub, rust around the sink and molding of the door. A dirty hair tie was left on our nightstand from the previous guest, leading me to believe the bedside tables weren’t wiped down between guests. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
