Quick getaway
Our stay was just a quick getaway. I am so glad we chose this hotel. It was clean, the staff were really friendly and the bed was comfortable. An added bonus, they have adult only pool and hot tub hours later in the evening. Definitely check this hotel out!

I’m happy with the price I paid for my stay. $70/night. The pool was open, and the kid had fun. The shower valve in my room wasn’t working right and you could tell it hadn’t for a long time. I also felt like I was getting yelled at, first by the email I got right after booking, then by the signs in the hotel all over the front desk. Make sure to give the exact number of guests staying, babies included, when booking on Expedia. You WILL be charged. People from our group did.

Great Stay!
A very cozy, clean, welcoming, and enjoyable hotel. The staff were very accommodating and kind, and they had the lobby charmingly decorated for Christmas. I have already recommended the hotel to others in need of affordable and pleasant accommodations in TC!

This place is advertised as a "newly renovated" property. It is not. These "renovations" took place a year ago and left a lot to be desired. The entry way/lobby was nice but outside of that this place was a big letdown and had a strange/uncomfortable smell about it. Our room looked to have been painted by a 9 year old and it had an outdated jetted tub, rusty ceiling tiles in the bathroom, and paper thin pillows. The bed and pull out couch were both equally uncomfortable. The pool is advertised as "heated", however it is not warm enough for children. We were anticipating being able to swim but the water was cold and not warm enough for a toddler. Our stay was not comfortable and I'm glad we didn't have to endure it any longer than we did. There was no greeting from staff at check-in and the female staff person, who appeared very unhappy, was dry with me during check-in. When I requested housekeeping services she told me that she'd make a note but that I should check in to make sure that I'm on the list. Very strange that a guest would have to do your job for you. This place is just another run-of-the-mill cash grab. No real quality offered for what they charge. We won't be back and we will share our story.

Staff was very friendly and the kids enjoyed the pool area. The hot tub only had 3 jets that worked and the breakfast was just ok but overall for the price we all enjoyed our stay.
