This stunning escape is newly furnished with all three bedrooms featuring top-of-the line mattresses and bedding. The wonderfully open kitchen and bar area are well-equipped with quality appliances, wine glasses and dish ware. The dining room comfortably seats 6 - 8 and is made for entertaining. This premium location overlooks the park adjacent to the Boardman River, is two blocks from dozens of the city’s eclectic eateries and the main shopping district and a short four block walk to the beach. During the summer months we stock beach chairs, a beach blanket, bag and a cooler at the condo so you can have easy enjoyment of our sandy beaches and lush parks as well as a beach cart to transport all the gear easily.

The bathrooms are spa-like with their openness, elegant fixtures, designer tile and customizable high-pressure shower heads.

The unit includes one private parking space just steps from your stay with additional parking available in city lot "N" located adjacent to the condo building.
