Location is great, right near I 95. Check in fast and efficient. Room was ok. Pillows lumpy. Mattress very comfortable, though. Heating system fan was very loud. Nice sized fridge but no microwave. Breakfast excellent. No housekeeping services received nor was any offered to us.

Hotels.com needs to update their room availability
We booked and paid for a king double room, only to find out when we arrived, that they didn’t even have that kind of room at the hotel. They didnt tell us this until after we moved into the room and noticed it ourselves. Hotels.com needs to update their room availabilities because this was grossly irresponsible and false advertisement. We came expecting a specific kind of room, but had to settle for less.

Very happy with our stay here. Great staff and amenities. The FREE breakfast was better than the breakfast you had to pay for at our friends more expensive hotel down the road, and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. Couldn't be more satisfied with our experience.

Could have been better
We stayed 2 adults and two teenage girls in the hotel, we got a very spacious room (maybe an upgrade???), the room included a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom that had a desk and a nice sofa. The stay was short and nice. What bothered us the most was that during our stay at the hotel a group of teenagers with accompanying teachers were staying, they were making noise in the corridors. The small lobby of the hotel, which is also used for breakfast, was too small to accommodate the group and the rest of the hotel's guests, and therefore we had difficulty finding a free place to sit, and in addition, the condition of the buffets was terrible, the hotel's staff also had difficulty dealing with the situation.

The rug needed a good cleaning. The bed had to be remade as the top sheet and middle didn't fully enclose the divet and the pillows were lumpy blobs. The bathroom was fine, the shower awesome.
