I was not able to get into the property, I wasn't able to contact anyone to get the code to enter the building.

Terrible- untrusted
-I never got the email confirmation with the code to stay. -Phone number on hotels.com was always out of service. -Door to the apartment was open (what a safe place???) -I got another phone number from other traveler, called and text sms but never the owner answered. - I reported the property to Hotels.com staff!

Péssima experiência em The Guesthouse Treviso
Achei ótimo o apartamento. Bem localizado, próximo ao que eu precisava. Porém o que fez com que minha avaliação fosse ruim do local foi a higiene e a má explicação referente o Check-in. O código da entrada do prédio que me foi passado, não abriu a porta. Tive que reservar de imediato outro hotel para passar a noite, pois o pessoal do The Guesthouse Treviso não me ajudou na chegada ao local. Foi uma péssima experiencia.
