Everything was great except the hot water wasn’t hot, it was barely lukewarm:( we had to take a cold shower! The breakfast was great and the staff serving in that are was excellent!!

It was awesome. I was able to book our room 30 minutes before we arrived. Price was very reasonable. There breakfast was excellent. Eggs were the best I ever ate.

The delicious breakfast is worth the repeat visit. But the front desk staff seemed distracted and perhaps untrained. The hotel was far from full, but we, a middle aged couple, were placed between two noisy rooms full of six children under the age of 10, two families traveling together, and these kids were bouncing off the walls until after 10 p.m., when their harried parents finally escorted them all down to the 24-hour pool. There were also some rough looking folks dominating the patio area, drinking and vaping and having a good rowdy time, which made us not want to go outside after dusk. Probably just an off night, but that combined with the broken remote control, the one door card that didn’t work, and lack of plugs near the bed made us wish we’d stayed elsewhere. But the breakfast! So good. We’ll probably be back. But will be watching others’ reviews.

AC unit did not work. Woman called me after check out saying that my room was missing three pillows and a comforter. What?!?! I told her that was insane and she hurried off the phone. Very odd.
