At check-in or just before arrival you will be provided with the Welcome Book, with advice on the territory and activities, as well as the house rules.

At check-in, the signature of the rental contract is mandatory.

In compliance with the safety regulations, at the latest at check-in must be presented the identity documents of each guest (including minors) for transmission of data to the competent authorities.

On request possibility of charging electric machine with dedicated column private located in the parking, payment of consumption only equal to € 0.60 per Kwh. For the provision of the service a refundable deposit of € 500 is required to be paid on site.
