Overall good hotel, not spectacular, you get what you pay for, a cot bed, paper thing walls and floor, small room, and worst of all automatic room service. If you’ve get the extra few hundred dollars to stay at the Radisson Blue or something I’d recommend that.

The room is very small but you probably won't get a better price right in the heart of Tromso. Highly recommended for a short stay.

Spent 5 nights here in December. Room was small but had everything needed for my stay but could have been a bit cramped had my wife been with me. Good shower and a comfortable bed

The property was exactly what I needed for my stay! It was very easy to get to/from the airport shuttle bus and a quick walk to Tromsø Harbor. The staff was always friendly and Sarah helped me get a last minute Northern Lights tour spot! Being able to do laundry at the end of my trip was super helpful also. The building is clean and quiet. Would stay here again!

Easy walking distance from Airport Express bus stop, and all the pickup point for activities, eg Hurtigruten and Northern Light chase tours. Nice comfortable rooms, well thought out. Love the heated toilet floors!

Hotel was perfect for me as a solo traveller. Really good location, pretty quiet, helpful staff. I asked for a quiet room as i am a really light sleeper - staff made sure this request was met and also helped me with an upgrade to ensure i didn't have an inter connected room (moderate doubles have these so I upgraded to a standard). They have take away food and coffee etc if you want it. Room was perfect for myself, but if i was travelling with my partner the bed would have been far too small for two people. The bed was also not very comfortable. One thing is the room was extremely warm and stuffy, but noisy with the window open. It would be good to be able to control the heating yourself. I would definitely stay again if travelling solo.
