A short drive to anywhere in Troy, including the University for games, graduations, etc., the cabin at That Little Farm provides everything up to six guests would need for a comfortable stay. Relax indoors and watch TV, games, or connect your devices to the free Wi-Fi. Enjoy a cup of complimentary coffee sitting in the sun room with views to wooded acreage where you may see deer, turkey, and other wildlife wander by. The Cabin is located on That Little Farm; guests have access to fishing, wooded hiking trails, and fire pit. Loved this beautiful little cabin in the woods!
Our son found this (perfect) location for us on Vrbo. It was close to our daughter's wedding venue, the Lilly Rose Barn in Goshen. We plan to go back one day and enjoy all the amenities offered! We just ran out of time! The secluded cabin is beautifully built, and a very private place in the woods; the cedar wood in the cabin smelled amazing! The animals on That Little Farm were fun to watch! Our dog Lucas had never seen cows and goats before so he wondered about those "big dogs" Our thanks to Matt and Angie; we hope to see you again soon! ~ Carolyn, Jim and Lucas 11.11.2024

We loved the quiet location, the clean, well equipped cabin and the friendly owners that manage the farm/property. The kids enjoyed fishing in the pond, hiking on the trails, and making s'mores by the fire.

Once again a fantastic stay!
We love this property and have stayed here multiple times. Matt and Angie are the best! I just love sitting out on the front porch listening to the animals and watching the goats roam about! It is peaceful and serene and yet really close to Troy U and the square. You can’t go wrong staying here!!!

Hurricane Milton Escape
My wife, dog, and I found this cabin as an alternative to a hotel when evacuating from Hurricane Milton. Very nice stay. Quaint country cabin on a small animal farm. Clean, roomy, and quiet. Our stay was very relaxing and eased the stress of dealing with Milton. Would recommend to anyone looking for an isolated escape.

Best kept secret in Troy
Angie and Matt are amazing hosts and their property is a peaceful oasis!!! And seriously just a few short miles to the square and the Troy campus! This is our home away from home when we visit Troy! And on this trip we were able to rent out their pavilion to host the Troy Women’s soccer team for dinner. Perfect stay!

What a lovely stay!
We spent several nights at this property with our puppy. The cabin was spotless, comfortable and nicely furnished and well equipped. Our very suburban pup was fascinated by the big dogs with horns, lol, and the goats and geese. It was quiet, peaceful and just a short ride into Troy.

Another Amazing Stay
I hate to brag on how amazing this place is because I don't want everyone knowing about it an booking it before we do! this is our THIRD time at Matt and Angie's place and this time we brought my mom and her friend. They LOVED the tranquility and spent hours on the porch reading and enjoying the peacefulness. We even had sweet baby goats by the home this time! Everything it well appointed and your really don't need to bring anything! It's close to the square and Troy U. We have two more stays booked this soccer season!! For a one bedroom place it is quite spacious! My hubby and I slept in the sun porch on the hide-a-bed which was quite comfortable. And Matt and Angie are the best!!!!

Beautiful Home
The cabin was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. It was secluded yes still close enough to stores, restaurants, and the college. It wojld make the most perfect stay for romantic getaways or especially football weekends so that you won't have to deal with a million people or the inevitable chaos of tryin to sleep in a hotel room after a football game.

Perfect
First impressions are lasting impressions. The house was clean and even more than expected. Nestled back in the woods with the cows, ducks, rabbits, and more. My wife and enjoyed the back enclosed deck. It was peaceful and relaxing. It was located close to town and you would never know it. We most definitely will be back as our son will be attending college at Troy university. Thank y’all!!

My husband and I desperately needed a day of peace and beauty and quiet in the midst of a busy season of travel. The Little Farm was PERFECT!!! It was a lovely, comfortable, well appointed cabin in a beautiful setting. A few of the things we especially enjoyed:the sun porch, the trails, the bed, the thoughtfulness of providing for all our needs. Being available and going above and beyond to see that we had what we needed. Also, we like to cook and the dishes, pots, pans, utensils and dishes were much nicer and more abundant than in many VRBOs we have stayed in. We would highly recommend Matt and Angie and their property to ANYONE!
