We had no air conditioning. It was like a sauna in our rooms. We could hardly sleep and our little granddaughter was covered in sweat. It seemed there were many rooms that had no working air conditioning. Spoke with the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do and that technicians were called. It seemed there were rooms to put us in. I have the GM info. to request a full refund.

Location and shuttle worked well but the hotel is quite outdated. My room's safe didn't work, the desk lamp had no light bulb. And the AC was not working - it was 32degrees C/90 F. I was offered a fan that never arrived and when I asked for ice at the bar I was treated like an inconvenience. It would have been nice to receive complimentary cold water and be told about broken AC at check in. Poor customer service.

The air conditioning (AC) didn't work and room was hot. Fortunately, we arrived late and could open the window at night to get some breeze. Although there was no screen mesh, we didn't see any bug or mosquitos coming in through the window. The room phone to operator or front desk didn't work. So we couldn't call to report the AC issue. We didn't find an ice machine in our floor either. Being too tired after a long journey, we had no energy to go back to lobby to find ice!

No air conditioning in rooms. Over 90 degrees. Call for assistance 6 times and one trchnician showed up telling us it was overloaded but all working to the max. Common areas all cool but room were sweltering and uninhabitable. Asked to be removed and they brought us a fan. People sleeping in lobbies since they were relatively cool. Service awful. Food prices ridiculous. Club sandwich with fries and a coke was $56. Worst hotel ever. I am going to contest the charge on my statement.

Room very warm “ a/c not working “ was offered a small fan for a large room . We only needed the room for the night. Free airport shuttle was good. If it’s the summer and you need a/c I’d pick another hotel. Is was reasonably priced and clean just too warm.

Unfortunately, my room was quite hot as the air conditioning was not working properly, which made it uncomfortable at times. However, I want to commend the staff for their exceptional service. Arrived around midnight so we can’t say much about the area surrounding the hotel. It is conveniently located, close to the airport. Front desk clerk was friendly, helpful, and informative during check in. Our one year old grandson enjoyed interacting with him. Very professional, but also friendly.

Room was spacious and hotel staff was good but the room temperature was hot and the AC was not as effective and reactive as needed to cool the room down quickly. Finally got there! Hair dryer did not turn and no power outlets worked in the bathroom.
