There seems to have been a lot of personnel changes in the Hotel & the new personnel is oblivious to any Expedia Platinum Vip Access Requests - Really Bad Service - When you ask to speak to a Manager , you get the run around - the person in charge doesn't want or doesn't know how to deal with any issues!

Front desk people not very friendly. They just do their job as they need to but they don’t make you feel a warming welcome. Restaurant, Bar & Parking Area people are very friendly & Nice.My Room was really Nice & Clean but the Bed Mattress was really Hard as a Rock. No Extra Toilet paper & Zero paper Tissue. Breakfast Buffet was good. Over all I wouldn’t stay there again specially because of the Bed

I love staying at Costa del Sol, all their locations are excellent, i stayed at Lima/Airport, Trujillo Centro and Larco/urb Golf. Susana in Costa del Sol centro is the best host ever. We will come back in 2 weeks. It is higly recomended🙏❤️
