Never judge a book by its cover. Motel room section looks run down from exterior but inside rooms are modern and well-appointed. Walls are paper thin and can hear conversations in other rooms as if in their room. Restaurant and bar areas were very nice and staff super helpful. Plenty of gluten free options. At breakfast the chef even brought me a side order of baked beans. Hot options were limited but the omelette station was very good.

I wasn't aware the property was under 2 different business, and we were not staying on site of the Best Western. We stayed in a unit that was behind the BW and it was not well kept and we didn't feel safe. With that, the top lock on the door was not working (deadbolt was). We tried to fix it for our night there but wasn't successful. The cable did not work. The room was not comfy with a cold feeling to it. When we walked to the main building for breakfast, we had to wait to be seated, when no one came, we seated ourselves and went to the buffet. I was met by a staff member asking for my coupon for breakfast which I never received, then asked what room # I was and how many in my party. I have never been asked this before....

The hotel extended stay is definitely not as advertised on the website. I had to request fresh towels, even though the ones i used were on the floorfor the first 3 days. They only came in emptied the garbage and made the bed, i didn't get fresh sheets during my stay for the 7 days. The extended stay units are in a motel style setting separate from the main building.. This then causing the walk outside through a basic dog park to where the restaurant was to have breakfast as well having to go out to the main building to use the pool.. just not pleased with the stay.
