Family of five, very easy and very convenient room with the sofa bed and two queen beds. We thought the price was very good. Breakfast was very easy for the kids and the adults. Staff was very polite. The only bad thing was some cleanliness issues in the room, and that was handled. We would stay here again!

Breakfast was very sparse and not the norm for comfort inn. Room was dirty, unvaccumed and dusty. No bar soap, had to use shampoo as body wash. No coffee for in room pot. Poorly sealed doors, could hear all the doors slamming. Over priced for a dirty room and minimal breakfast options.

Room was spacy but everything is old and not cleaned well. The room has bad toilet, wheelchair shower with few hair left :// floor has dirt..I showed to the lady in the front desk. She changed to next room. A little better but freezer needed defrost. Lady exchanged it. Also i found a piece of chicken in the microwave. Very Disappointed

The room was dirty very dirty and smelly. I believe that was an aberation. The manager was not available until 3 days after we checked out. She is taking care of the situation. Outside of our room things looked very clean.

staff at entry, exit, and during breakfast. No coffee at breakfast and most things picked over without replacement. Coming into and exiting motel front desk personnel were not present but did come to the desk, cold replys. Hair in bathtub upon arrival. Contractors staying in motel were having a beer party in the parking lot. They didnt invite me.

Dirty, nasty property. Trash by the elevator and dirty hallway. Our room had not been vacuumed or dusted in months. The sheets on my bed had stains on them. There was no staff person in the morning to voice my opinion. The breakfast we were offered offered, I would not feed to my dog!! There was no attendant in the breakfast room. Then to add insult to injury I did not receive Choice Privilege points for my expensive stay. This hotel should be closed!!!

Filthy room
My husband and I were traveling late and needed a room for one night. The bathroom was filthy, long black hair in the shower, scum on the shower walls ~ like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while, dirty toilet and a sink that I needed to prop open in order to drain.. I used a towel on the shower floor to take my shower the next morning.
