Amazing customer service! From the time we checked in to checking out, the employees were very attentive and helpful. They arranged our return airport shuttle, made sure safety while crossing the street, assisted loading & unloading luggage, etc., Lovely breakfast served in the dining room. Beautiful rooftop pool & hot tub where you can order drinks & food to enjoy.

This is one of the best hotels in seminyak ,so convenient for shopping ,beach clubs and restaurants ,the staff are exceptional,always polite and courteous, breakfast was a treat and they made the best coffee ,nothing was too much trouble ,I would definitely stay here again

Fabulous hotel, service was excellent. Loved the grounds so clean & well maintained. If staying in Ubud I recommend this hotel as its close enough to the centre for day & night & back to peace & tranquility if Maya Ubud.

Beautiful place, kind and attentive staff, and delicious food! They were accommodating to our food allergies and celebrated my birthday in such a special way. The spa treatments were some of the best we’ve ever experienced. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

An amazing hotel with friendly staff and highly professional service. The breakfast menu and buffet were well-prepared and nicely presented. However, the spa was overpriced compared to luxury spas outside the hotel. The area outside the hotel was a disappointment, with poorly maintained roads, pavements, and pedestrian walkways, making for a frustrating experience.

The place is absolutely blissful and I have been there 3 times already and Will plan another trip soon!
