We had a one bedroom suite which was lovely. It had a small kitchen which could have benefitted from China cups, a toaster and more kitchen utensils but the experience overall was great. The pool area was pristine and the staff were kind and helpful.

The Best Hotel & Staff in all of Tucson!
The entire hotel's staff is extraordinary, to say the least! The front office led by Michelle & Crystal are professional, kind and always accommodating! The housekeeping staff, led by Rosa, Arlene & Roxanne and a special shout out to Cindy & Stephanie go beyond the attention in the details! The maintenance staff led by Jose, including Jimmy, Gilbert & Estafan, are the "fixers" of everything, thank you! And finally the rooms. I LOVED my king suite. It's beautiful and very comfortable and felt like my own little home. Great job remodeling!! 3 Palms is Tucson's best hotel for it ALL.

Third time here. This is a place that understands it's a no-frills service and checks off all the expected boxes for such a property: clean room, warm shower, locks and appliances that work, and decor just the right level of tacky for Tucson. I noticed that staff this year was more friendly and helpful than in my last two stays, so good job there. I wanted to thank the cleaners for working around my weird schedule and the front desk for being friendly. If you're bothered by noise there may be some issues as the walls are not quite soundproof enough. The TV in the next room was mounted right on the wall between us. Would be nice if there was an easier way to walk to the shopping area just to the south (and the restaurants there) or the adjacent park.

Really Bad.
This whole experience was awful. We came from far away and booked their listing. There was no stipulation that cats were not allowed. We were prepared to pay the pet deposit. When we arrived, they gave no recourse even though the front desk staff realized that this listing was improperly populated. They did nothing to rectify their mistake.
