Definitely much nicer than the GoHotel in Davao City. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The hotel is modern, clean and an easy walk to restaurants and Robinson’s shopping center. A very comfortable hotel to spend overnight especially during the time of typhoon Carina.

A very good hotel in a far away place. Was a full service hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff and right next to a mall that has anything you could need. Would stay there again.

Employees are helpful. A lot of molds in the bathroom. Soap dispenser are almost empty or even empty, hard to dispense.

We were told the place just opened about 2 years ago but you can already see signs of wear and tear. I think it’s time for management to come and check the rooms. Housekeeping in the morning are very helpful esp Robin and Daisylyn. Security is also helpful. Patio Enrico serves great food and the place itself is well maintained by the staff. I noticed though that some guests were very loud either very early in the morning or late at night and there were no signs to remind they should be quiet. It still a hotel and people need to rest too.

They are in hospitality and they dont even bother give extra towels. So stingy, the buildings looks new but everything is crappy cheap materials and you could tell it was rushed.
