Why make reservations

I made reservations but when I arrived after driving 7hours the lady at the desk said there were no reservations so I had to pay full price for the room. I even had an email saying the date of my reservation. But at the Time my phone was in the car and I didn’t feel like going back out just to prove I had made reservations!

I thought for the price it was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at. Mind you I am speaking of places in this price range. The beds were comfortable too. I would stay again, hopefully they keep up the good work.

The hotel was ok. The area it was in felt unsafe. Bathroom was not the cleanest. Bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. Day 2 our key cards no longer worked. Pool area was fine. I would give this an OK rating.

Staff was friendly and quick with check in and check out, breakfast was a little lacking (limited choices) but the coffee was good, room was clean though the bathroom could have been more thoroughly clean. Overall, a fine place to stay for an inexpensive stopover which is what I was doing. The room had a cushioned windowsill which was actually incredibly cool as I could watch the traffic go by while sipping coffee before starting my next leg. The area around the hotel did seem to be a bit trashed and it looked like there may have been a pool party earlier in the day as the trash cans outside were overflowing.
