Hot tub was broken. Thermostat in the room was broken. Lock on the front door froze up and took an hour to fix. Breakfast was not impressive.

Embassy Suite is a great place to stay, usually. However, they are renovating and things were a little out of sorts. Staff was helpful trouble shooting the issues we had.

Evening reception with snacks and adult drinks was a nice perk to staying at the Embassy. Breakfast was also nice! We had omelets made to order with a good selection of breakfast options (cereals, hot bar with scrambled eggs, protein choices, fresh fruit, etc) the best complimentary breakfast by far compared to many other hotel stays we’ve experienced. Our room was perfect in the corner on the 6th floor, away from the elevators. Overall, great experience! We would stay again. The staff here were the sweetest and my only regret is not bringing enough smaller bills to tip. Service was great all around.

We had a little trouble with our reservation, but mostly it was my fault. the front desk could not have been more kind and helpful. Every time we needed something they were right on it. They were slammed the whole time we were here and always had a smile on their face.
