It was a good stay but the check-in was problematic because of communications between Hotels.com and Hampton. They had the wrong date down for our arrival. I had changed the date and had the proof but they said Hotels.com's payment did not go through and they has us coming in the next week. It was confusing and took 45min..

Great location, quiet and felt safe.
We went to a concert at the Bok center which is right next door. We were able to park at hotel for $20 a night and walk to BOK and eat the the resturant called Arena. Was good food. We also went there after the concert to have drinks and listen to music.

No bottled water in the room. I received a parking ticket in the hotel parking lot because there was an event going on next door and apparently they were supposed to have given me a parking pass? Other than that, I had a good stay.

Better Than a DUI but not worth the price
This was more like a $100 night hotel, not $160. The price was up'd since it was an event night. Still better than a DUI. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. The sausage looked like it was cut from an elephants foot, milk was warm and spoiled, coffee was terrible. When we checked in we was told there was no parking left and we would have to pay $20 to drive around and park in the parking garage. For $160 there should be a parking spot for paying guests at all times. We spent 27 days in July traveling for softball between Oklahoma, Georgia and Tennessee and paid less for nicer hotels.

Stains on carpet and chair made it feel dirty in the room though there was no obvious dirt. In and out parking initially was challenging having to park in a deck that wasn’t attached to the hotel and having to engage homeless people on several occasions. Probably won’t be back to this property despite being loyal Hilton customers.

Needs a thorough cleaning
It was very convenient and close to the concert we were going to. It was an ok hotel but there were huge stains on the floor and just wasn’t as clean as it should have been. I won’t stay there again.

Excellent staff members! Property was clean and in generally good condition. Signage for elevator key cards would be nice, no one told us and we spent 5 minutes in the elevator trying to figure it out. Parking for this area is absolutely terrible and no signage to let you know ahead of time.

I found a bed big in my room. Told the staff and was told to email the ops manager no response. I found long black hairs in the shower and the toilet was also not as clean as I think it should be. My concern was about the bed bug. I had to come home and make sure there were none in my bags and that itself was a chore. I know it’s likely sometimes but never had an issue at the Hampton. This was a first and a last for me.
