First room had heavy smokers as previous guest, whole hotel was out of toilet paper, all coke machines were broken open and product was stolen, dirty plunger in hallway, trash in hallway was overflowing for 2 days, sheets were not clean

They didn’t notify me about a $75 hold until I was checking in and he said it would be refunded at check out. It’s now almost a week later and no refund and they are not helping saying it’s clear on their end. Ridiculous. The hold should be an upfront charge and the staff shouldn’t say return at checkout if it’s business days away to potential receive my refund.
