We booked this property months in advance for an Aerosmith concert. When the concert was cancelled the hotel refused to cancel the reservation even though the cancellation request was over a month in advance. Do not use this Hotel!

I was not impressed with the room, bathroom was extremely small; the soap and shampoo rack was placed in wrong place making it difficult to turn in shower; the refrigerator made a constant high pitch noise and the tube faucet not secured. Now! Let me address the restaurant— a total disappointment!! We order an appetizer and the meal. The appetizer was served with the meal but one meal was delivered, when asked about it, I was told the item ordered was temporary out. The staff was not attentive!! Don’t waste you time and money one this place, hotel or restaurant! My next stay will be the hotel that delivers —— Hampton Inn.

Recommend staying here.
Everyone was very friendly and the room was very clean. Only thing I could say was I think the a/c was not working properly. But it was cool enough to sleep. I am already planning a get away with the hubby.

It was overall a comfortable and quiet stay for us in the room, but several issues. Walking into the lobby, someone was vaping marijuana in the sitting area. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful with our needs. The 15th floor Hyatt Club room was very low on supplies/food and pretty dirty. We hope it will be checked regularly. Also, need better security around the garage. There was one homeless man sleeping in the garage elevator and another who just walked out of the other elevator leaving an unopened condom and cigarettes on the floor. The smell and appearance of urine was by the garage elevators. Had to ask security to come and move them out. Not a good situation.

I love the free shuttle to and from the hotel. Very nice bedding and pillows, and great water pressure from the shower. The room is clean and smells good. Hotel is right in the middle of the arts district.

The restaurant is overpriced and even with tables open they said they were reservation only. The parking sucks, on top of the price of the room they will charge you $100 per room for incidentals and then $21 a day for the parking garage. Thats an extra $200 for a 3 day stay. Breakfast is terrible and overpriced. Paid $40 for a stack of pancakes, 3 pieces of overcooked bacon and a cup of milk. Plus a $3 fee and then a tip for room service delivery. The worst is that this area is flooded with homeless people. You cant leave the hotel without someone begging for money
