I did not get to go to the hotel because I was in the hospital in Oklahoma City from Sunday and I'm still currently in the hospital I tried to reach out to Expedia to cancel my reservation and get a refund but I cannot get a hold of anyone at Expedia. I did contact the hotel and let them know to cancel the reservation so they could rent their room I'm very disappointed with Expedia for not having a way for me to contact them

The person working behind the counter was basically fantastic! Told us to keep our head on a swivel. Good advice!! This area is not meant for anyone who doesn't live here. I mean it's downtown Tulsa. Everyone in this area is pretty much on the street. Homeless are looking for a place to stay. This hotel advertises that it has a pool and a hot tub it's empty. You don't need to be here. If you're just traveling, move along.

I booked the property for the pool and hot tub but they were under renovation during my stay. Nothing could be done. I was told my rate was good and they couldn't offer concessions. No other issues with the property other than a bit dirty in areas.

Toilet was broken husband had to fix the pool and spa were broken and closed the breakfast was thrown together boiled sausage everything was cold and watery recommended not to stay here

We made reservations through Hotels.com arrived at 10:00 to be greeted at door by angry security guard telling us they had no availability. Even though we had a paid reservation. We then had to find another place to stay with availability late in the evening.
