The property lists a pool as a amenity, and they do not have a finished pool for guests to use. We specifically booked the hotel because it lists pool and even mentions it in their FAQ. They are being extremely difficult in the refund process. False advertising is illegal, and I would not book with them, or use expedia for any trip booking, as expedia has provided zero support in this matter.

This place is great, everyone offers a superb customer service treat, from the front desk to the servers at the restaurant. The rooms are lovely and very chick. NO TV's which is a good thing is you are trying to disconnect from the world.

Beach was very clean, they have staff rake out the weeds early in the morning, beautiful beach. Tacos are amazing. Saturday house music vibes are lit. Food and drinks are expensive but so is everything else in Tulum. I would stay again with incentives ;)
