Very comfortable stay in a nice area. Room has a nice ocean view even the room is facing city side. Shuttle service was good; allow about 15 minutes from arrival area to walk to and find the shuttle pickup spot. We only stayed one night for the overnight flight stopover so didn’t get to explore the area.

Hotel could consider increasing shuttle bus frequency during peak hours. I had to wait for the next bus back to the hotel from Tung Chung mrt station at 9.45pm because of the extremely long queue. In front of me were a pair of parents with one of them carrying their 2 year old child who had fallen asleep on her father’s shoulder. They too had to wait for the next bus. It was rather sad that no one gave up their seat to them

Eventhough this was our first visit, we were exceptionally amazed how professionally and friendly we were welcomed. The hotel location was close to train station, but to navigate around the city was challenging. The best part of this was the help and thorough information how to best navigate and see places of interest while using the metro. The young ladies and receptionist were amazing.
