Lovely hotel few blocks from the plaza.
Very helpful staff, very friendly, room small but adequate enough. Huge bed! Had room with balcony facing the front just perfect.

Al llegar no tenian registro de mí reservación a través de Expedia. Tuve que esperar y registrarme desde cero.Me cobraron 15mil pesos mas de lo que registraba Expedia (como mejor precio). La reservación era para una pareja y nos dieron una habitación con camas sencillas y separadas. Al siguiente dia al salir del hotel me quise asegurar que quedara registro de mi llegada y uso de la reserva para que Expedia no hiciera ningun cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito. Tuve que esperar un tiempo considerable para que encontraran papeles de mi reserva y solicitar factura para evitar inconvenientes.

Great hostal with great location. Close to plaza major but not too close to it. Very friendly lady (Martha) helps you with everything! Great rooms with hot showers and enough space. Nice breakfast (eggs, tea or coffee and toasts).

Buen lugar para alojarse en Villa de Leyva
Estuvimos con mi pareja el fin de semana del 19 al 21 de Junio. El hotel, en términos generales, es bueno. Su ubicación, la limpieza de las áreas comunes, las habitaciones y los baños, muy bien. La atención de todos los miembros fue muy amigable y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a atender a nuestros requerimientos. Si bien las habitaciones no son tan amplias, esto no significa que sean incómodas. Seguramente podrían mejorarse algunos aspectos, pero esto no le quita que sea un lugar cómodo. Sin duda me alojaría de nuevo en este hotel.

Hay mejores opciones por el mismo precio.
La atención es cálida y amable. Las condiciones de la habitación son regulares. La cama no es doble ni queen, son dos camas unidad con alturas diferentes y muy incomodas para descansar. Las toallas y el colchón no son adecuados. El desayuno estuvo bien.

Las reservas por Expedia no son garantizadas
A pesar de que en la comunicación de la reserva que recibí por e-mail de Expedia mencionaba que la reserva estaba confirmada y garantizada y que no era necesario llamar ni confirmar con el hotel, la realidad fue otra. Cuando llegué al hotel no tenían disponibilidad de habiltaciones ni tenían mi reserva. El hotel estaba sobrevendido y no pude alojarme en el hotel. Tuve que buscar otro sitio para alojamiento lo cual fue muy complicado, por que todos los hoteles estaban manejando un alto nivel de ocupación. Muy mal por Expedia. Nunca más usaré los servicios de Expedia.
