Очень плохо, не соответствует описанию
У меня был забронирован стандартный двухместный номер с отдельной ванной комнатой на два дня. Заселились поздно вечером 18 августа. Само заселение прошло без проблем. Тут началось интересное. Номер совершенно не соответствует фотографиям, которые показаны тут и на других сайтах-агрегаторах. Номер требует нормального ремонта, в стенах дырки. Ванная комната не убрана. В сливе душевой было такое количество волос, что, кажется, там не убирались уже больше месяца. Вода не уходила. Поскольку было уже поздно, и девушка-менеджер с ресепшена куда-то ушла, мы решили задать вопросы с утра. А, ну и шумоизоляции нет от слова совсем. Утром стало интересней. Я подхожу к ресепшену и мне сообщают, что мы должны съехать с этого номера в номер без ванной, потому что, цитирую, "у нас в системе числится, что вы забронировали номер без отдельной ванной, а вчера мы заселили вас по ошибке". Я показываю подтверждение бронирования на номер с отдельной ванной, но получаю тот же ответ: "Вы должны освободить номер, так как скоро приедут люди на ваш номер". Переселяться в номер без ванной желания не было. На это нам было предложено оплатить одну ночь и попробовать посмотреть номера в других отелях. В итоге я решил выехать из этого хостела-отеля. Менеджер не принесла никаких извинений и не предприняла никаких попыток разобраться в ситуации. Кассовый аппарат тоже не работал, выдали чек от руки. В общем, это самое плохое место, в котором я останавливался.
