I liked how well maintained the building is. Modern and simple style with kitchenette. Beds and sheets were impecable. Staff very friendly.

Don't be put off by pictures of the area.
It was a nice place to stay. It is a bedroom with a small kitchen. My only issues were with maintenance. The shower holder was broken, only one of the bulbs in the shaving mirror worked and most surfaces had a greasy feeling because of the kitchen and lack of good cleaning. Stay close to eat and drink, it's nicer and cheaper than heading for the centre.

Cleaning service to be improved
The structure was ok bit about the cleanless i had a bad experience, towels have been change only 1 time out of 6 days, bed sheet never been changed. The cleaning of apartment was our duty, and is ok, but in all other hotel similar where i staid the changing of towel and bed sheet is done every 2 days ot three times by week.

We only had a night here and both wanted to stay longer. Great location, and the staff are very helpful. We didn’t know Turin was going to be so lovely either. Very old and fun to explore. We’ll be back

Fantastic Apartment close to the city
We stayed for only one night but will definitely come back. Staff was incredibly nice and apartments lovely, clean and spacious. Even though it was a bit noisy it didn't matter as it was perfectly located to reach all the sights. For Juventus stadium you can use tram 3.

The rooms are basically small apartments. They are a little dated, but they were remodeling some of them. There was no air conditioning in my unit. It was very hot and humid. The location was excellent. I would probably stay again, just not in the middle of summer.

Just fine..
We stayed at the hotel for five days in July. The hotel aircondition didn't work properly and our room was facing the street, so we couldn't have the windows open because of the noise from the bars across the street. The rooms could have been in a better condition, but it was big (50 m2) and had an okay price, so all in all a fine experience.

Ho trascorso 3 notti da venerdi a lunedi presso il residence con la mia famiglia e sono stato sistemato in yn appartamento al 3 e ultimo piano. L'appartamento era molto carino, ben pulito ed arredato e molto accogliente. Il bagno era grande e luminoso. Solo una nora stonata, l'appartamento dava con le finestre sulla via della movida e malgrado le finestre chiuse si sentiva un bel rumore fino ad oltre le 3 di notte. Ma le persone dell'hotel sono state molto gentili e disponibili. Da ritornarci sicuramente

Bon séjour
Séjour globalement satisfaisant dans l'ensemble. Ne pas hésiter a contacter l'hôtelier directement car ne répond pas sur la plateforme Hôtel.com L'appartement sous les toits était vieillot (cuisine, mobilier). Personnel très serviable et disponible pour répondre à toutes nos demandes ( accueil, salle du petit déjeuner et femme de ménage).

Niente da dire sulla struttura che reputo molto buona anche se per niente insonorizzata. In compenso la zona é piena di locali notturni con musica alta fino alle 3 di notte. Dopo 1 ora in cerca di parcheggio abbiamo optato per un parcheggio a 1,2 km di distanza dalla struttura....con i bambini piccoli non é stato il massimo.

Struttura situata in una zona ben servita dai mezzi pubblici, consigliata, personale molto gentile. L'unica cosa da segnalare è che nei fine settimana i numerosi locali e pub presenti nella zona sono abbastanza rumorosi e quindi dalle camere affacciate sulla strada si sentono i clienti fino a tarda notte. Comunque struttura consigliata.

posizione eccellente, ma troppo rumoroso
hotel residence nel cuore del quartiere Vanchiglia. posizione eccellente per raggiungere a piedi i principali siti di interesse. appartamento ok ma cucina troppo essenziale per poter preparare dei pasti. l' aspetto negativo è certamente l' isolamento acustico non adeguato. la struttura si trova in una strada ricca di locali, per cui durante il weekend c' è tantissimo rumore, impossibile dormire serenamente prima delle 4 del mattino, certamente degli infissi più performanti sarebbero utili.
