Seas the Day @ Tuross Head

Summary:
This single-level home with ocean views will leave you feeling relaxed & refreshed. Offering an open plan living & dining area opening out to the patio with gas barbeque, outdoor furnishings & ocean views.

Your well-behaved dog is welcome to join you on holiday. Please advise us if you will be bringing a pet + age & breed at the time of booking. Note: the grounds are not fenced & your pet will need to be supervised. Pets are not permitted on furnishings & must not be left alone @ the premises.

The Space:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a great holiday - electric oven & grill, gas cooktop, microwave, pod-style coffee machine, fridge/freezer & dishwasher!

To the rear of the house, all 3 bedrooms are spacious & have built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom along with bedroom 2 both have comfy queen beds. The 3rd bedroom offers two single beds. All bed linen & bath towels are provided

The family bathroom offers a full sized shower, bathtub & wc.

Guest Access:
We offer two options regarding check-in.

Option 1: Meet on arrival. We are happy to meet you on arrival at the property. To facilitate this all we ask is that you give us a quick call on 0408476150 - 15 mins prior to arrival (eg as you pass through Moruya or Bodalla). We are happy to meet you on arrival up to 5 pm.

Option 2: Self-check-in via the key safe. We will provide you with the access code prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:
Note: the grounds are not fenced & pets will need to be supervised. Pets are not permitted on furnishings & must not be left alone @ the premises. A $55.00 pet fee applies - per pet, per stay.

*If you wish to bring a pet, please let us know at the time of booking. Terms & conditions apply. Pets are not able to be left unattended at the property for long periods of time - this is due to dogs howling all day when left in a strange new environment & as a result upsetting the neighbourhood. Pets are strictly not allowed on furnishings & you will need to bring your own pets own bedding & food bowls etc.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.

Pets - Prior to making a booking please make us aware that you plan on bringing a pet. A fee of $55 is payable for each pet and there are associated terms and conditions. Pets must not be left at the property by themselves for any long periods (ie, more than 15 mins) as it can lead to them feeling distressed in a new environment and disturb neighbours with extended howling & barking. You must bring all supplies for your pet. Bedding, food & water bowls, toys etc. Pets are not permitted on the furnishings or in the bedroom areas.

Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Seas the Day Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 2 guests. 

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
