Bama Summit - Book for Football Season!

Welcome to Bama Summit!

This condo is only 1.5 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium and just a few blocks from the heart of Tuscaloosa, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars! Bama Summit can host up to 6 adults.

The condo is 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed with an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a tub-shower. There are also 2 Twin roll away beds, to accommodate more guests.

For an additional $25 a highchair/pack-n-play can be set up. The condo is apart of gated community and has two reserved parking spots as well as a 24hr exercise and fitness room!

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*Be sure to enter the correct number of people to receive an accurate quote/price. Pricing varies based on the number of people.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

Nice Stay!

This rental was very clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfy so we slept extremely well. It was nice having gated parking. The area around us was quiet at night so that was nice. The location was perfect for everything we did. We were 3 min from University Blvd in downtown Tuscaloosa where there are tons of restaurants (Chuck’s Fish House was amazing)! The coliseum was only about 10 min away so it was super convenient. Communication with property management was great. They allowed us to check in early and check out late as a courtesy and we appreciated it. I would definitely stay here again as well as recommend it to my family for future stays in Tuscaloosa.

Well equipped, clean, nicely decorated condo.

We made an extended stop on our road trip in T-town. Location was perfect our daughter could walk over to visit and we could walk the beautiful Black Warrior River paths, and learn more about town’s history. Condo is well equipped, we cooked, played games and just chilled in front of the TV. Bed linen and towels were fresh . Will be back!

The property was exactly as the listing. It was super clean, well stocked, up to date decor and comfortable. We were in town for Alabama football and the decor set the tone. I would highly recommend this property and hope to stay again. On the other hand, there were many miscommunications.

The Bama Summit- A Fun Place To Stay

Our experience at the Bama Summit was wonderful, most attractive, extra clean, extremely comfortable and close by to everything we needed. The theme was of course, Alabama and I felt right at home with all the “Bama Stuff”! My Dad was an All-American here and played on the National Championship team in the 30’s with Coach Bryant and then coached at Alabama until Coach Bryant came in 1958. They were dear, dear, friends!! So, my experience was great!

Comfortable, Convenient and Roomy

The condo was exactly as described...even better! The location was perfect to walk to town to shop and eat, and close enough to venture over to the stadium for game day. The rooms were nicely sized, and the tall ceilings made the environment even roomier. Bama B&B were great hosts, checking in to make sure everything was good throughout the whole process and providing snacks and coffee! We will definitely stay here again!
