The front clerk (I think her name was Taylor) actually remembered me from a previous stay. This was so rewarding! The overall visit was great. The only problem we had was we couldn't set on the patio because the furniture was covered with bees. Maintenance was called amd they removed them but them came back within the hour

Great space. Clean with everything we needed to have a great couple days. The elevator did break when we went to leave, and being on the fourth floor with our grandmother wasn’t ideal. But that’s no one’s fault and they did start repairs immediately after I called. Overall I would recommend and will plan to be back!

Beautiful surroundings. Room was fully stocked and spacious. Whirlpool tub was a plus. Eat prior to going to water park no food or drinks for meals there just snacks in machines. Bring your own towels or towels from your room to pool and water park. Towels are not provided there.

My stay was quiet and relaxing. Sitting on the back porch eating breakfast with my daughter was priceless. It reminded me so much of my grandmothers back porch. I will return and I want the same cabin❤️

Great place for families, we had a great time. Be prepared for a sales pitch for their time shares. Property needs updating - rooms are pretty old and worn. Water pressure is awful. The water park is so crowded on the weekends, you can't even get into the lazy river.

Skyle at the check-in was awesome, but the other guy i can't remember his names was terrible as a customer service. Skyle knows because she was telling him i gonna take care her ( me ) and still he wasn't very nice.

They need to upgrade the rooms ,and every time we reserved we had to fight really hard to get something on ground level for my 82 years old mom , they always said got nothing available even if we get there before 3:00 pm and later you can see a lot of empty’s rooms the cleaning people are really good. Not so much the reception persons

The amenities where awesome, the only reasoning behind the low star review is because the carpet was soaked by the kitchen when we arrived. So everytime we wanted to cook or get something to drink we had to step in a cold puddle. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable get away.

Horrible and Sad!
This was my third time me and my family visiting the Flint villages resort,the first two times we visited was very nice but this third time was just horrible,we booked the grand villa with two king size beds and our grand villa was on the bottom level, we had no problem with that but the elevator did not work and me and my wife could not use the stairs because of our disability with our knees and hips,so we had to go back to the check in department and they said that they did not know of any issues with the elevator and that they would send a maintenance man so we had to wait for 1 hour in the heat ,we had already unpacked when we first got there and when the maintenance man came he said that the elevator did not work in 5 years and we was like WOW! So we had to go back to the check in department to get another Grand villa,we had to pack everything back into our car and move to the place they sent us and they didn't even help us move and we are very frustrated because 3 hours has passed and we're only going to be here for 4 days and are trying to relax so now we're in another Grand villa which was downsize to 2 queen beds and a smaller place at this point we're just trying to relax and the sprinkler system bust a leak in the ceiling and my wife slip and fell on the wet floor after waking up in the morning to use the bathroom and now we have to pack up and move to another villa,our whole entire trip was a disaster which cost us $810 for 4 days,no apology and no kind of refunds

communication was horrible it was my first time coming and I was not told or aware that a deposit needed to be made when I got there. When I was told it was I had to drive over an hour back home to get more money to make the deposit only to be told they only take credit cards. On top of that it was my 2yr old son birthday and we were tired with all the driving. Had to stop at a hotel because of the long day we had with this situation. And they wouldn’t even let us book at another hotel with the same company due to the kind of booking I had, ridiculous!

What a waste of money
Was really excited about staying at the hotel because of the big room, fun activities, and the waterpark. However, for the amount of money I spent to stay here i will NEVER stay here again. They lead you to believe you can enjoy the waterpark as part of your stay at the hotel (as its included in the outrageous price) but it's not. You pay separately for it and it's not cheap. Everything at this hotel is designed to make you spend money. Nothing opens until 12:00. And checkout is at 10:00. When i called first thing in the morning like i was told the night before for a late checkout i was told no that they wouldn't accommodate me when i was told the night before there shouldn't be a problem with a late checkout. So no i will never be staying here again. I can find better to do and a place to stay for much less. They're lucky at least their staff is so friendly.

That a couple with very active dog was above us. I highly recommend patrons with dogs be on the lower floors. Also, the facility lost cable and WiFi for extended periods.
