Good First Impression
This property was advertised to have seating for 6, but it only had 5 dining room chairs. One bedroom had 1 double bed in it. The bed was too small for myself and my husband together so I slept on the sofa. There were no sheets for this. It was advertised to have a double bed in the living room and queen beds in all the bedrooms. There were only 7 large towels for baths, which I found in the dryer upon arrival. There were 6 adults, 3 children, and 1 infant. Fortunately I had brought some laundry detergent so we washed towels for our use. The toilet leaked and the sink was very slow in one of the bathrooms. Management was very responsive for this issue, however they were not able to get it fixed during our stay. Glad there was a second bath to use. This was a good location for our needs. I did ask for a partial refund but have not received one or communication since.

The bare minimum
No grill, not many pans to cook with, Ice machine doesnt work , No curtains in bedroom so expect to get up with the sun , No dishwasher and expects dishes washed by hand. Owner didnt respond when I texted him.
