Staff was excellent - we were traveling with my little Yorky and they suggested the bottom floor for easy access to taking the dog outside to do her business...... they gave me a room nearest to the back door and this convenience was perfect!!!! I thought that was such a sweet and thoughtful thing to do for Sofie and I ....... I will definitely be staying here again!!!!!!!

We had an overall good experience .Friendly people, the room was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The only disappointment was the heater. It was a chilly night and the temperature could not be adjusted to higher than 62 degrees.

The only thing I didn't like is that the WiFi connection stopped working every 24 hours until you agreed to the terms & conditions again each day. That caused problems for me since I was using a VPN for work. But overall the hotel was great.

We love Sleep In. We come every New Years Eve to visit friends that moved here and we have stayed here for the last three years. The location is great, very quiet. The breakfast is great. I love all the Christmas trees they decorate. I always look forward to seeing them up.

FANTASTIC

This was my second time staying here. I actually got the same exact room i had before. This hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. There might be better places to stay in Tyler, but ill never know. Ill definitely be returning!! I highly recommend. A++

Property overall was good, but problems were apparent after sunset. There was a frequent odor of marijuana on several floors that permiated into the rooms. In addition, there was a confrontation the hallway in early hours of the morning (5 am).

A great affordable find in south Tyler

I grew up in Tyler and am very familiar with all the neighborhoods. I have driven past this hotel for years but never stayed until now. It’s a really great spot—not as expensive as other bigger name places, but convenient, clean, and friendly. Only complaint I have is superficial—the TVs lack modern smart-cast abilities, so casting my child’s favorite shows from his tablet to the TV isn’t possible. Poor child had to “suffer” regular cable, haha. I’d stay again.

The front desk gentlemen was super nice. we enjoyed talking about christian music and how the industry is doing. He works another job at a christian radio station. He was very informative about the hotel and offered to help in any way. the rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great will stay again. Oh and all the christmas trees were beautiful
