A estrutura da pousada é boa e confortável. A localização para quem quer ficar em itamambuca é boa. O café da manhã tem bastante opção, porém não achei nada muito saboroso. Quanto a limpeza, eles não trocam as toalhas e roupa de cama, no primeiro dia eu não sabia disto e não tive a preocupação de deixar as toalhas secando, quando retornei no quarto e vi que após a limpeza eles não haviam trocado as toalhas fui questionar isso na recepção. Me explicaram que as trocas são feitas a cada 2 dias e me falaram que havia um recado atrás da porta do banheiro. Eu não vi o recado, neste local o recado fica escondido! Deveriam deixar as instruções da pousada em um local mais à vista, ao lado do espelho do banheiro, por exemplo, e não escondido atrás da porta. Quanto aos funcionários, os que ficam na recepção deixam a desejar. Quando cheguei na pousada eles poderiam ter me acompanhado até o quarto, me explicado as regras da pousada (como as trocas de toalhas, por exemplo). O portão de acesso está sempre fechado, não entendo porque.

Paguei mais caro por um quarto com ar condicionado, mas ele não funcionava. Frigobar teve que ser trocado pq congelou tudo que comprei! Ar condicionado não funcionando. Troca de toalhas e tapete só depois de 3 dias! Local e funcionários excelentes , mas precisa de melhoras!

A pousada é simples porém bem estruturada. cafe da manha gostoso, paes fresquinhos, sucos. estacionamento dentro da pousada é um diferencial pois a maioria das pousadas na região nao tem. quarto e banheiros limpos, cama boa. equipe bem simpática. e sem pernilongos! rs levei 2 Off e nao usei nenhum.

Agradável, mas pouca segurança em relação à COVID.
A estadia foi agradável. Boa estrutura. Boa limpeza. Porém as medidas de prevenção à COVID não estavam sendo seguidas. Arrumadeiras sem máscara. Café da manhã em buffet e copeira sem máscara. Não havia luvas para os hóspedes se servirem como vi em outros hotéis. Sem respeitar limite de ocupação reduzido no ambiente do café da manhã.

As areas comuns da pousada é bem legal, porém o quarto não tem conforto. A TV só tem quatro canais, sendo dois evangélicos. A limpeza dos quartos são todos os dias, porém a troca de toalhas somente após o terceiro dia.O café da manhã é bem fraquinho. Somente o pão frances era bom. Não voltaremos mais. Acho que os proprietários deveriam investir mais nos quartos e café da manhã. Para quem está procurando somente um lugar pra dormir a pousada é bem silenciosa. Minha nota é 6. O local é bem bonito, com praias muito bonita.

Pousada com espaço na natureza e um paisagismo lindo . Mas a manutenção , deixa a desejar , a piscina estava imunda , não conseguimos utilizar , a recepção pessima , a pessoa se dizia ser o segurança do local e não tinha informações para nos passar , não tivemos nenhuma informação para nossa estadia . o quarto precisa de manutenção com paredes descascando , fomos surpreendidos pela manhã , com uma pessoa abrindo a porta do nosso quarto , enfim , privacidade e controle zero. Cafe da manha razoável . Enfim, uma pena , um local com uma natureza tão bela, sem gerenciamento .
