This hotel has everything I anticipated. No surprise. Room is spacious (compared to Tokyo), staff friendly, food delicious, lots of room for parking spots, nice and quiet natural scenery. Staff speaks good English. They have ice machine and coin operated washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Ube again.

Excellent restaurant in average hotel
This is an average hotel. Once grand, it could use updates. Convenient to airport and train station. The restaurant was great with a creative seasonal menu. At the time it features fall harvest ingredients such as pumpkins in delightful presentations. Every dish was amazing to receive and to taste. It was a surprise to enjoy the restaurant so much. Staff was kind and efficient.

利用はしなかったけれど備えつけの枕の他、柔らかめの枕に代えられたり、サービスのコーヒーがある。ベッドは広く快適。他の方の口コミにもあるけれど駐車場はちょっとわかりにくい。ただ事前に電話で場所を聞いたので日も暮れた時間だったが迷わず駐車できた。総合的に良いホテルです。

ビジネスで使いました。建物は古く、別館でしたが、特に気になる点はありませんでした。交通が不便なのと、近隣に食事できるところは少ないです。ルームサービスは美味しそうでしたが、終わりが早かったです。アメニティに入浴剤があるのが嬉しい。 ロビーのコーヒーも無料だとありがたかったです。

ビジネスで泊まりましたが、特に不満はありません。施設は古いですが、メンテナンスはされており綺麗です。 駅からもそれほど遠くありませんが、コンビニは徒歩5分くらいかかるところにしかないので、注意が必要です。
