Calmwater Retreat is nestled on a quiet residential street. The Wild Pacific Trail meanders through the breathtaking old-growth forest that surrounds Calmwater, featuring benches where you can pause to admire Ucluelet's ancient trees and numerous viewpoints to take in the stunning ocean vistas. Just across from Calmwater Retreat lies the entrance to Ucluelet's renowned Lighthouse Loop Trail and Terrace Beach. The lively downtown area, featuring a grocery store, gas stations, restaurants, and other amenities, is just a five-minute drive away.
Directions:
Once you arrive at the Ucluelet/Tofino Junction, turn left and follow Peninsula Road through downtown. Your cabin will be on the left at 1003 Peninsula Road, marked by a large Calmwater Retreat sign. The location may appear slightly off on maps, but it will be clearly labeled and is directly across from Terrace Beach.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM; parties are not permitted.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises and in the house.
We currently do not allow pets. If you are bringing a service dog, please inform us in advance
Booking Policies
Bookings are subject to a cleaning fee, along with GST, PST, and MRDT (Municipal) tax.
During the peak summer season (June 15 – September 15), a minimum stay of three nights is required, with back-to-back bookings to avoid gaps. If a one-night gap is created, we will contact you to adjust your reservation.
Mid-season rates apply on winter long weekends and during the Christmas period.

Cancellation policy: A 100% refund is available for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival and 50% for cancelations made 14 days before arrival. Please note that while both Airbnb and our website may list different policies due to preset options, this policy takes precedence.
