pleasant stay, great restaurant
enjoyed our stay here, pleasant clean room, not the most comfortable bed however and some noise from the street. staff were helpful and friendly and the restaurant was excellent.

Good location close to foot bridge. However first floor rooms are too loud with everyone in reception/lobby talking. Bed and pillow ok. Hot water. Large room.

Friendly staff. Great views. Central location. Good rooftop restaurant. We did not receive the room with a balcony we booked for the first night, but it was corrected the second night. The second room smelled like smoke. Overall good value for money.

Great central location. Good rooftop dining with awesome view of ghats, lake and fort. Spend the extra $ . Do not do the budget room . No view and noisy. Top floors have a nice view of lake and historic city.

The room was clean & comfortable. Service was good. Stayed for 3 nights. First room on top level was great but had to change for next night as we were booking daily. Just 3rd room had dripping basin tap which they said will be fixed. Wifi worked. Very friendly neighborhood. Disappointed as we were booking room but was not allowed the online discounted rate of Rs700 less per night.

Bien en deça de nos attentes
Très déçu par cette guest-housse (plutôt hôtel) dont les photos visualisées sur le site laissaient apparaître une chambre spacieuse et bien décorées. Les 2 lits quelconques (simple et double)ne permettaient plus de se bouger dans la chambre et la salle de bain était rudimentaire (nous étions probablement 3 dans une chambre de 2). Pas de ménage pendant 3 jours et la poubelle à papier toilette usagé n'a pas été vidée. Le WiFi se déconnectait régulièrement et n'a pas fonctionné pendant plus de 24h. L'accueil était à peine sympathique et le personnel préférait regarder la télé ou bien discuter avec les copains. Seul point positif était la vue sur le lac et le roof top. Donc très déçu par cet hôtel recommandé certains guides !
