Our room had a noticeably dirty bathroom floor, and uncomfortable bed. Otherwise the virtual check in and hotel was great.

The property and people were fabulous. The breakfast left some to be desired. We made do. Otherwise it would have been an overall excellent rating. We will stay there again! The staff made all the difference! They are lovely!

horrible experience w corrupt property. i was charged 3 nights and stayed only 2 nights. i was told day before i had late checkout at noon by 2nd shift as hilton honors member. housekeeping knocked on my hotel door at 11 am when i was taking a shower and i informed them i had late checkout at noon. at 11:04 am, i received a call from tina front desk first shift insisting that i vacate room immediately. i told her i had late checkout at noon. i got dressed immediately and went down to check out and left property at 11:20 am. despite this unfair and horrible treatment, we tried to vacate room immediately. the property charged me $100 for late fee. i will be filing a better business bureau claim against this property.

Upon check in was told that I had selected a queen and fold out sofa, when in fact I paid for two queens. Staff told me it was a problem with Expedia and after calling customer service with Expedia could not get the issue resolved. 1st and last I’ll be using Expedia.
