What a lovely nice hotel. The Staff are very warm and welcoming. Breakfast is really good especially they served rice with a very cute and appealing presentation. The bathroom is reasonable but good be better if instead of shower curtain is longer to prevent splatters. Overall I recommend this Hotel.

Good experience overall but a bit small room.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean but no frills and very small. Excellent location near some very good restaurants and shopping, plus quite a good view of major mountain peak. Breakfast was very good and plenty of choices.

Ideal base to explore the mountains. Harder Kulm is nearby and well worth it. Friendly staff. Clean. Nice location and views. Enjoyed A/C in the lobby, but would be nice to have in the room. Non-Swiss plugs or adapters would also be helpful in the rooms.

This is a very charming hotel with a beautiful tree out front. The staff was very kind and friendly. We traveled here in the end of July and the temperature was in the high 80s. The hotel does not have air conditioning. The windows open but they do not have screens on them so bugs rush in. The hotel is very expensive. For the price there should be air conditioning or at least screens on the windows and ceiling fans. The front desk will give you a small portable fan which is not enough for a triple room. If you are visiting Interlaken in winter fall or spring this hotel is just fine. I would not recommend it in the summer months. It’s very uncomfortable to sleep at night

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The building is old and no AC, it was very hot in the room, we were offered fan, it didn’t help much, had to sleep with windows open. The views are incredible and close to restaurants.it is an old hotel, bathroom are not very clean, had foul smell and the water pressure in the shower was on and off.
