a good stay
Our stay in this Inn was overall pretty good. Rooms were clean and suited what we needed, slightly on the smaller side. There was a good variety of channels that always had movies and many sports channels for down time. Breakfast was as ok, could be improved with more fruit and better eggs. All positive staff interactions. Would stay here again if we pass through Utica area.

The bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a good month. Mildew in the shower, hair everywhere. I wasn't told i needed to make a special request for housekeeping so by the time i returned to hotel to awe it still dirty, of course it was to late for seevice. Sounded like an excuse to be lazy to me. Never had to request room service before i thought it was a given considering the place was still pretty expensive. Happy to leave.

Reasonable
Hotel a mile or two from anything. It’s fine for a night or two, as we did not encounter any issues. There’s an auto or gas station museum next door. A path to walk, just outside the hotel. We walked it a mile down.

reasonably priced clean hotel near Hamilton colleg
Always clean and comfortable, the staffis generally very helpful and the Patel Family who are the managers (or possibly the owners) are friendly, always polite and helpful. We have stayed there three times over the last six weeks and will return in a couple of weeks to visit one of our kids at college and watch a sporting event. Basic hotel but always clean and friendly. A very tasty breakfast included in the price of the room as well!

This is a no-frills property that satisfied all of our needs, and would definitely be a place we would stay again. We travelled with our dog and a nice quiet nature trail is located right across the street from the hotel. The hotel room floors are laminate which means it’s easy to clean, and was clean upon our arrival. The rooms could use some updates, and the free breakfast was fair, but beds/pillows were good (important for decent sleep) and the service was very friendly and attentive, and we felt everything we needed, was provided. Location is quiet, but a short drive from shops and restaurants. Overall a pleasant stay.

Convenient and clean. The room did have a slight smell I couldn’t identify and the water from the tap tasted like metallic chemicals. The staff was great and I felt perfectly safe
