More emphasis needs to be made on the fact this is a walk up and there are no elevators. Room was clean, TV in bedroom was broken as the cord was out.

Nice Hotel overall

The hotel was clean as was the room. Breakfast was a standard buffet, hot and tasty. My one complaint was noise, our room was next to the ice machine which was constantly making a loud noise, i didnt sleep well and at 6am im guessing it was staff collected lots of ice presumably for breakfast. Left in the morning feeling very tired. Another room would have made our stay a good one.

This was my worst experience in a hotel. We found 2 bugs in the bed, next door room someone was talking on the phone and had the tv on all night long and the bathroom sink was dirty. When I approached the manager he told me he will give me points for my next stay. Do you think I'm crazy to stay at the hotel again?
