In getting there the door was locked they are renovating and no one was available at the desk We got put in a room that had pet hair everywhere when we called the front desk they sent a house keeper who walked into our room yelling in Spanish to my mom who was not even staying in the room. their excuse is there’s only one housekeeper and we didn’t pay for a renovated room we got the old room with the old sheets. But all I wanted was a clean one. Area was sketchy, you have to pay extra to let people get in the pool Tv doesn’t work. But hey at least there was Wifi which I didn’t use. We never stayed I let my 130 go to waste i would rather be in my house where the AC wasn’t working. Which was why I needed the room in the first place. Horrible area, experience, everything. Never going back.

The room did not have AC and then we were moved to another room and that AC didn’t work when you go to a hotel it’s because you want to rest not be going from one room to the other no accommodations were made

Once I got to the hotel, the front desk lady Charge me extra for a room when I got there and she did not want to give me extra towels for the room. The room was smelly The bed smells like they were wet. It was a really bad experience.

The outside is still under construction, but don't be deceived. The insides are beautiful, modern, stylish. The pool was crystal blue. The front desk super nice. Gave a greeting bag of water, candy, cookies, coupons for restaurants. I was super surprised as the only hotels that get props are Hampton and Holiday Inn Express. I thought these rooms were comparable or better and cheaper. Closer to work for me from here too.

The first room they gave me, has broken curtains would not close. There was only one towel even though i reserved it for two. The room looked old. The floor was dirty behide the bathroom door. When i told them, they upgraded me for $60 more. The new room was bigger and a little nicer but it only had a fridge, no microwave, no coffee maker. I was there for 3 nights and housekeeping never came. I had to go to the front to ask for fresh towels. I also had to call front desk because noone came to take the trash. I had a 13 gallon trash bag that i brought with me. It was fill with trash. Front desk said that housekeeping was coming but they never did. I saw housekeeping on my last evening at 3pm cleaning downstairs rooms. (I was upstairs). By 6pm the housekeeper was still cleaning downstairs rooms by herself. One lone housekeeper. She never came to the upstairs rooms. I never saw other housekeepers. Years ago there was a great restaurant and bar downstairs but the restaurant has cut ties with this hotel and they have moved. Oveall i would not recommend this hotel.

A state of disrepair, nonfunctioning heating/cooling unit and shower. The non-smoking room stank of cigarette smoke and the carpet was so old and was crusty under my feet. The reinforcement multiple time that the room was non-refundable should have been my first clue. The lobby in disrepair and locked doors was another major clue.

Pay attention to room details.
VERIFY what type of room you’re getting. I arrived to discover there was a renovated and unrenovated option. Unfortunately I unknowingly booked an unrenovated room based on renovated pictures. I tried to get a refund and it was not an option. I upgraded to the renovated room for an additional $43 per night. The renovated rooms are not so “renovated.” The furniture appears to be from another hotel that did renovations. Other rooms were in the process of renovations. Be prepared for some noise. All in all, we paid for 2 nights. The stay was uncomfortable so we stayed one and decided to drive home the second.
