Overall the location to Vail ski resort was good. Large kitchen with plenty of kitchen ware. For the price we paid I was disappointed the quality of the bedding. One of my guest could not sleep on the down stair sofa bed because it was broken. Sheets,blankets and mattresses were well used and had a odor.

If I Knew Then What I Know Now

The best thing going for this listing is its location. Great access to skiing and groceries, but still quiet. The second best thing is the common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, garage. Now the downside. The actual condition of the property was not as good as the photos. The bedrooms are dark, the beds are saggy, much of the furniture either needs to cleaned or replaced, and some of the appliances were wither missing or not working. The listing that we booked from in August had a hot tub. We learned it was removed four months earlier but the listing was not updated in a timely fashion. A hot tub was one of our selection criterion so not having it was an irritant. The gas fireplace did not work for two of the four nights we were there. The washing machine would not work until the property manager fixed. That was appreciated but it occurred after being told to fix it myself. The dishwasher did not work either. We ended up hand washing our dishes. If I knew then what I know now.

We had such an amazing time! The home was perfect in every way. The kitchen has everything you ever dreamed of for a big home cooked meal. We prepared an amazing Thanksgiving dinner. My son just moved to Vail and our family will be back!

Best stocked house ever!

This place was great if you like to do even a little cooking. Has more spices and seasonings than my own house. Stayed four nights and cooked in twice. We just needed base ingredients, everything else was in fudge or cabinet. Bus to vail resort literally across the street. Easy for people to catch the bus they wanted in the morning or on the return trip. Comfortable accommodations. Great deck with Mountain View’s and snow covered trees.

Mountain getaway

We enjoyed our time at the house in Vail. We had 6 guests and plenty of space for us all to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the house conveniently located close to two grocery stores. We cooked several meal to enjoy on the patio with the beautiful view. Closet full of games but we had so much fun playing Vail Monopoly and “owning” properties we had seen around town:)

The BEST

The really don't have the words to describe my overall astonishment with this property. I've stayed at places all over the country, but this was by far the best ever. The owner had towels, pillows, condiments, games, galore. An extremely enjoyable stay!

Lovely family spot with excellent access to Vail

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Lions Ridge! The house had a great common space and a lovely deck with Jacuzzi which was an excellent way to end a long day of skiing. The house is a stones throw away from the bus stop with easy access to the Vail Transportation Center. The house itself is a little older, but in good shape and felt instantly like home to our family. The host was so helpful when we needed anything too. We highly recommend this property!

50th Birthday getaway

What an amazing home! My friends have never been up to Vail and were very impressed. The house was exactly what we needed to get away and relax and celebrate my birthday! The hot tub was wonderful, kitchen was so well stocked, and the space was the perfect size. I only wish I could have stayed longer! The host was very easy to work with and responded to my questions quickly. I will be staying here again for sure!

Wonderful family home on Lionsridge Loop!

We had an amazing stay at this property… communication from beginning to end was seamless. The property itself was clean and in a great location…super close to the Vail bus route. Added bonus — the kitchen was really well stocked with condiments, spices and dishware! We would definitely stay here again!

We unfortunately had some issues with the hot tub cleaning... NOTHING to do with the renters fault, but unfortunately they couldn't get in touch with the hot tub servicer on time for our stay. Luckily they communicated very well with us about the entire situation and fairly dealt with the outcomes. Can't thank the owner enough for the quick responses and concern for our stay. Will DEFINITELY stay here again if we get the chance. Was an absolutely loved the house and the location.
