Abbiamo trascorso due notti in un appartamento ed è stato una piacevole sorpresa. È molto pulito e il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento è abbastanza grande e si trova in un ottima posizione a 5 min a piedi dalla cattedrale e dal cenote Zaci e a 20 min dal convento di San Bernardino. Avremo avuto anche piacere di rimanere una notte in più. Se torniamo a Valladolid torneremo sicuramente in questa struttura.

Gorgous/Beutifull and super clean.
All areas were super clean as the employees scrubed and mopped the entire time we ate and cooked. The rooms are beutifull with new furniture, beutifully tiled floors, super clean bathrooms and wall installed air conditioning units and super fast fan.

Great value for money the place is very basis but clean spacious only a 10 minute walk away from the main square 15 from the bus station and plenty of cafes shops on the way and with it being slightly out it’s a lot quieter.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. However, the A/C did not work very well. We had it set to the lowest temperature and it barely seemed to make a difference in the room. Luckily the ceiling fan was very powerful and helped a lot. The WiFi was also not very great, so might be something to keep in mind if you will need to depend on WiFi during your trip.

Great Location
The location of this property is great. Only a few bocks from the Central Plaza. The reception desk speaks very little English, and were not able to provide directions to a variety of locations. This is a combination location with both hotel rooms, as well as hostal options. I booked a room with a refrigerator and microwave, and I was please with the amenities provided. One of the added "perks" is they provide bicyle rentals.
