Very disappointed in our stay - poor start when we found the air conditioning was not available over “winter” even though it was a warm day - forced to keep the door open all night with lots of traffic noise next to a major highway. Service was poor and everything is an extra charge. Definitely a hotel past it’s best.

Fantastico hotel y restaurante. Personal muy amable. Totalmente recomendado. Es en las afueras de Burgos por lo que hay que ir en carro.

Beautiful property however they have as a practice to turn off the a/c promptly at 11 p.m until 7 a.m. making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep specially now with the heat wave.

This was an amazing property. The service and the accommodations are very high-class and old world. Honestly if this hotel was located anywhere else it would cost ten times what it did. The staff took care of our every need. The suites were wonderful, the food was good, the room service, all the amenities in the room. The pool was gorgeous and is heated so can be used year round. In short, EVERYTHING about this property was wonderful.
