The staff was fantastic! Our first room had a bathroom issue and the head desk attempted to solve the problem; when it could not be resolved, they placed in a different room. All our concerns were resolved by the front desk! Kudos to Bruce and his staff.

Overall I’m very happy with my stay and would visit again in the future. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful and went the extra mile everyday to greet me and I felt like they genuinely cared about my stay. The only thing was that the room wasn’t that clean as I found garbage under the bed and nightstand and couch and the light switches in the bathroom were covered in brown stickiness. Other than that I’m quite happy with my stay.

Great location!! Accessable to public transportation if needed. Close to train stations. Walkable, lot of restaurants and cafes. Just be aware there homeless in the area to be fair all over Vancouver but we never felt unsafe and everybody we asked how safe it was since it was a girls trip they all ensured us we will not have any problems and indeed trip went without any issues or situation that will make us feel unsafe. Shout out to Juan at the conceirge desk, gave us great direction and best way to get around. It was another young men but sorry don't recall his name but all them were very attentive and helpful! Need to mention hotel lobby and rooms very clean !

The concierge was helpful for most things. But the first morning the lady at the front desk said it was was totally safe to walk two blocks to a medical appointment. We put too much trust in that. We were followed by an aggressive, violent man and had to run to get away. Thank goodness another person helped us get away. It shook us! We were so afraid.

The room itself may have been dated, but was very large and spacious. The area is a little noisy and while there are some homeless, it is still very convenient and walkable to many locations. We were in town for a wedding and this hotel checked all the boxes for us. We would stay here again.
