It's was great for a weekend stay!
Mini home style housing with 90% of amenities available for easy use. Decent travel in and out of downtown Vancouver. Generally a pretty great stay for those going over for a weekend trip!

Owner very friendly and place clean. Very difficult to find the place in the dark as house number not readily visible. Went to the neighbours by mistake and they didn't understand English very well. I had to show them my cell phone with the address I was looking for and they pointed me to the right house. When we got to the correct place, it wasn't clear where we were to go. Had to wash dishes in bathroom sink as no sink in the eating/living room area. No stove, kitchen table or chairs in the eating area - only a small coffee table. Couldn't find any dish soap or dish clothes/towels - used paper towel to dry the dishes. Street parking.

Henry is a delightful host, the property is on a quiet cul-de-sac and the front garden, with its waterfall and pond, is beautiful. Although the main bathroom is shared (for this room) there is an ensuite toilet and washbasin - and it is great value for the price.

Room was fine, bed comfortable. Lack of private shower inconvenient. Bathroom facilities while clean etc could use at least a curtain. Owners are very pleasant and communicate quickly and clearly.
