This place is in serious need of attention. Everything is old, shabby and/or broken. It took over 15 minutes to check in and there were only 2 people in front of me. There was only one person there and she spent the first 5 minutes talking to someone on the phone. There was no working elevator. I was on the 2nd floor and had to go back to the front desk because my key wouldn't work. I never had a working key. They always had to come with me the key would work once when they let me in but later it wouldn't work again. I couldn't change rooms because they were "full".

This hotel was dirty - I had clean linens and the floor was vacuumed, but I'm pretty sure there was mold in the bathroom. There were spider webs, parts of the wall throughout the room were peeling, and I barely had hot water. The whole hotel smells of cigarette smoke, and my room reeked of an antiseptic smell on top of it. The lock on my room barely worked, and I was on-edge my whole stay wondering if someone else would be able to get into my room, or if I'd be locked out. There was free wifi, but internet connection dropped frequently. If you're a light sleeper, be aware that noises travel very easily from both inside and outside, and noise was frequent during my stay even at night. The curtains in my room were too short for the window, so privacy was also a concern during my stay. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and welcoming, and the only reason this wasn't a one star rating.

Staff was not helpful. Staff and their friends where smoking in the entire way to the office. The water in the bathroom was leaking and we let the front office staff know. Wall paper was coming off the walls. The pool was not open. The drink station was not clean and the water looks like it has been sitting there of a week.

They had bed bugs and it’s been a week and I haven’t received my refund because their phones don’t work so Expedia can’t contact them to confirm the refund absolutely the dirtiest worst place you could stay at avoid this place at all cost

Hotel has not been updated since the 1980s. Carpets,wallpaper, etc in poor condition. Free Breakfast was unappetizing, went elsewhere for it.

Don’t Recommend
I figured even though it was an inexpensive 2 star hotel, it couldn’t be that bad since it has the Wyndham name attached, but it was. The only good thing about it was that it’s walking distance to the mall. I don’t recommend this place, but do suggest the Wyndham folks (if any of them are reading this) to fix the place to bring it up at least to the basic standards of a decent hotel.

We loved our stay. The service was incredible, the staff was very kind. The gentleman who was in charge of the pool made our trip extra special by making sure the pool was open for my kiddo to play! Breakfast was light, but great to have! I believe they’re in a middle of a remodel so the rooms are not too modern. Not modern, but very clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again.

DIRTY ROOM AND HALLWAY!
Room was next to construction. A/C unit was uncovered and not working. Hallway was filthy and dirty rug. Room tv was not working often going Off and On flickering. We will not stay here on future trips nor recommend to anyone.
